Group WOD CrossFit in Common

I really think that each group WOD brings more camaraderie between everyone in our Box (and Cary's UHCL trainees). I have also noticed that I perform much better when I work out with others. The past few weeks have been so much better with more people joining David and I at 6AM. If you do Crossfit, or have never done Crossfit, dropping in during a group WOD time is the best time to visit the gym and check out the program and the members of the Box!
